We had met with numerous digital marketers in the area. They all seemed to really have no idea what they were doing or didn’t seem to care about us, just our money. They babbled through meetings, always trying to sell us stuff we didn’t need. We would tell them our budget and they always tried to make that number go higher and higher because we “need to have this or that.” It seemed as though they weren’t even listening to us. We were giving up hope on finding a halfway decent company to work with. Then we met with Jeremy at Ignition Digital Marketing. As we sat down I was expecting some long drawn out sales pitch that we have heard numerous times over the past few weeks. But instead we sat down, and he asked about our company, our goals. He asked what we were doing to try to reach our goals and what was holding us back. For the first time it felt like someone was genuinely trying to understand our company and what we were looking for instead of just trying to sell us products. He listened and would often recap so that he knew he fully understood what we needed. He then explained to us what he would recommend while still staying within our budget. He didn’t try to upsell us. He didn’t try to squeak out an extra couple hundred dollars. He was never condescending when he explained things to us (ask him about his Orange Tree analogy when it comes to SEO!). He gave us exactly what we were looking for. It was such a refreshing experience. He was able to offer us more than what the others were trying to sell us at a much more affordable price. I can’t recommend them enough and look forward to our continuing relationship with them.

I met with them thinking I was only going to get a website. I ended up getting so much more. They seemed more like consultants than actual digital marketers. They didn’t just write up a proposal for the website and leave or try to sell me more services. They listened to my future plans and made an action plan for me to turn my website into what they called “a lead generating machine”.
